The Wild Heart Earrings are shaped completely by hand, allowing the gold wire to twist, loop and wander around pieces of strawberry quartz. No mold, no perfectly replicated shape — just two pieces created together in the same moment.
Strawberry quartz is associated in crystal traditions with love, emotional healing, joy and opening the heart, which felt especially fitting for a design that refuses to follow a straight line.
Each pair will have its own little differences in the curves of the wire and the natural coloring and shape of the stones. That’s part of what I love about making jewelry this way ,the exact moment that created them can’t really be recreated.
